They saw a video of her kissing her boyfriend on the cheek after the race on Sunday when he was holding the trophy for the winners of the Japanese Grand Prix.
On Sunday night, Piquet was in the centre of the Red Bull celebration, mingling with people like team principal Christian’s wife and former Spice Girl Geri Horner.
Piquet is no stranger to the F1 environment given that her father was a prominent figure in the sport in the 1980s and early 1990s. She had a child with the former Red Bull driver Daniil Kvyat during their previous relationship.
According to reports, they broke up in 2019, and Piquet and Verstappen got engaged the following year. Piquet often posts images of the couple on social media, and there will no doubt be many more as she enjoys life with a now two-time world champion. The couple is obviously in love.
